Patricia Patton

Mrs. Patricia Dawn Patton, 79, of Elon passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021, at her home. Patricia was born in Alamance County, NC to Lance William Patton and Cleo Stewart Patton, both deceased. Mrs. Patton was a graduate of Elon College going onto work as accountant/bookkeeper for the Hilton-Ramada Hotel in Greensboro. Patricia was active in her church, maintaining and growing her faith as a member of Sharon Lutheran Church. Mrs. Patton can be remembered as a ray of sunshine in a person’s life, having the character of a very outgoing person, always sharing a laugh and her contagious smile. Mrs. Patton was a person full of love and wisdom, always there when you needed her and willing to give any advice she thought may help.

Patricia is survived by her beloved daughter, Christy Skenes, her three grandchildren, Taylor Davidson, Christopher Davidson, and Megan Davidson, and many loving friends.

The family will receive friends at the McClure Funeral Home in Graham from 2:00PM until 3:00PM on Thursday, December 02, 2021. There will be a funeral service held following the visitation, beginning at 3:00PM.
