Patricia Andrews Shanklin

Patricia Ann Shanklin, 84 of Mebane died Friday December 28, 2018 at the Hospice Home. She was a native of Alamance County, retired owner/operator of  First Lady Beauty Salon. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Oscar Andrews, Sr. & Ada Hearn Andrews; daughter, Karen Marie Shanklin; 6 brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her husband, David Miles Shanklin of the home; daughter, Mary Ann Shanklin & John Ward of Mebane; grandchildren, Matthew Hicks and wife Whitney, Dylan Hicks and Haley Tunstall; great granddaughter, Keegan Hicks; brother, William Oscar Andrews, Jr.; sister, Elizabeth Wilkinson

A service to celebrate her life will be held 2:00 PM Thursday at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Mebane by Pastor Steve Jordan. Burial will follow in Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 1:00 – 2:00 before the service.
