Patricia Ann Waid Chavis

Mrs. Patricia Ann Waid Chavis, 61, of Snow Camp, NC, passed away on Friday August 23, 2019 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late James Steven and Aretha Harold Waid and the wife of the late Lamar Chavis. Survivors include her daughters, Teresa Kelly and husband Ed and Sharon Purvis and husband Dave; her son, Randy Griffith; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; her brothers, Paul, James, Ronnie, and Steven Waid and a sister, Brenda Sturgil. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Michael, Charles Allen and Donnie Waid. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday August 30, 2019 at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home on Friday.
