Pearl Louise Thompson

Mrs. Pearl Louise Thompson, 70, of Mebane, NC passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at the Hospice Home. She was the daughter of the late James Andrew Taylor and Alice Elizabeth Taylor. Mrs. Thompson spent her working years as a pharmacy technician at the hospital. Pearl will be remembered as a strong woman of God who possessed an unshakable faith. Pearl enjoyed many things in life, including her beloved pug, Gigi, The Talley Trio gospel group, and spending time with her friends and family. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who worked hard to take care of her family over the years.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Thompson is preceded in death by her husband, William Dallas Thompson Sr.

Pearl is survived by her children, William Thompson Jr., Nancy Thompson, and Lori Keener; her grandchildren, Brandon Keener and Logan Ferguson (Anthony); her nieces, Annette Taylor, Jenny Hill, Becky Roach, Mellissa Marlow, Christie Gentry, and Emily Mills; 15 great nieces and nephews; and many great great nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024, beginning at 1:00pm at Mebane Memorial Gardens.
