Peggy Sue Haley Flynn

Peggy Flynn, 65, of Efland, passed away on June 13, 2024 peacefully at home surrounded by her family.  She was the daughter of the late Clifton and Ruby Haley.  Peggy was devoted to her family, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many.  She is survived by her significant other, William Faunce; daughters, Crystal Poole (Mark), Kimberly Mathis; son, Christopher Flynn (Rebecca); grandchildren, Jacob Jones (Rubi), Jeremy Jones, Alana Poole, Kobe Flynn, Cataleya Flynn; 6 great grandchildren; sisters, Ruby Guzman and Brenda Haley.  Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James Flynn; brothers, Clifton Haley Jr. and Wayne Seay; sister, Carolyn Seay and two great grandchildren.  A Celebration of Life will be held at 5pm on Monday June 17, 2024 at Central Baptist Church in Mebane, 1922 Buckhorn Rd. Mebane, NC 27302.  The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
