Peggy Lee Waller Gilliam

Mrs. Peggy Lee Waller Gilliam age 68, of 405 Pine Grove Drive, Burlington, NC died 11:17am, Monday, November 17, 2014 at her home. She was born in Alamance County, employed with Lab Corp as a dispatcher and attended Bush Arbor Primitive Baptist Church. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents Charles Claude Waller and Eleanor Sue Lea Waller and a brother Robert Waller. Surviving her is husband Frederick “Fred” Boswell Gilliam of the home, sons Thomas Gilliam and wife Stacy Blanchette Gilliam of Texas, Joshua Craig Gilliam and wife Holly McDonald Gilliam of Burlington. Grandchildren Mackenzie Gilliam and Cooper Gilliam, Aunt Minnie Roe Roach, cousins Donna Gayle Hudson, Gerry Webster and Warren Webster, sister in law Patsy Waller. A Memorial Service celebrating Peggy’s life will be held 2:00pm, Saturday, November 22, 2014 in the McClure Funeral and Cremation Service Chapel, Graham, NC. Officiating will be Chaplain Eddie Self. The family will receive friends following the service and other times at the residence. The family request memorial donations be made to the Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance/Caswell 914 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27215.
