Phoebe Jane (Thompson) Jackson

Phoebe Jane Jackson, 80, of Burlington died July 4, 2019.  She was a native of Lashmeet, WV, a talented retired studio artist and attended Brick Reformed Church. She was the daughter of the late Amon Benjamin & Besma Elizabeth Mosrie Thompson. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Lettie Jo Haithcock.

She is survived by her sons, Mark Jackson and wife Pam of Elon & Steven Lawrence Jackson of Winston-Salem; grandchildren, Ryan Franklin Jackson of Elon, Sarah Danielle Jackson Burnette of Elon, Ian Patrick Jackson of Winston-Salem, Hannah Marie Jackson of Boone; great grandchildren, Ellis Fletcher, Conner Jackson and Cohen Jackson; half sister, Betty Jean Roman of Atlanta; nieces Dianna Beth Neal and Kathy Jo Hurst; great niece, Marni Megan Jackson and great nephew, Daniel Ross Apple.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be 2:00 PM Friday at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham by Pastor Geoff Lalone. Online condolences may be sent to www.mcclurefuneralservice.net
