Ralph Woody Rogers

Mr. Ralph Woody Rogers, 81, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Alamance Regional Medical Center. A native of Graham, NC; he was the son of O.T. & Daisy Rogers. He was a member for 45 years of Christ Church where he served on the Administrative Board, Trustee, and Couple’s Club. A retired truck driver, he concluded his driving career with Clinton Dodson Trucking Co. He was a loving husband, father, and “Poppy” and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Sue Rogers; son, John W. Rogers & wife Charlotte; daughter- Joani R. Willis & husband Robert; grandchildren- Cale Rogers and Matt Willis. He was preceded in death by his parents. A service to celebrate his life will be conducted at the McClure Funeral Chapel in Graham on Friday, February 13th, at 2:00PM with Paster Christi Dye & Dr. James Bryan officiating. Burial will follow in Graham Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at McClure Funeral Home in Graham, 1030 South Main St., from 1 to 2 pm prior to the service & other times at the residence. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Swepsonville Methodist Church, 1307 East Main St., Graham, NC 27253
