Randall Dale "Randy" Kidd

Randall Dale “Randy” Kidd passed away unexpectedly on September 10, 2026. Randy was born in Alamance County on March 30, 1967.

Those who knew Randy would say that he always had a smile on his face. He was kind, had a big heart, and was a friend to everyone he met. His piercing blue eyes and warm smile were just a few of the things that made him so memorable.

Randy especially loved making children laugh, and his great-nieces and great-nephews brought him so much joy. He was a big kid at heart and always knew how to have fun and make those around him smile. Randy also had a great love for animals, especially dogs.

Randy was the baby boy of the family and was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy and Jean Kidd.

He is survived by his brothers, Mike (Gail) Kidd and David Kidd; and his sister, Terri Claar (Kim). He is also survived by nieces and a nephew (Brittni, Jeff, Lauren and Jennifer) who grew up with him, as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews who always had so much fun when Uncle Randy was around.

Randy will be remembered for his kindness, his big heart, his love of animals, and the joy and laughter he brought to the lives of so many. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him.

A graveside service will be held at Alamance Memorial Park on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
