Ray Edward Casto

Mr. Ray Edward Casto, 70, was called home to the Lord peacefully at the Hock Family Pavilion surrounded by his wife Launa (Che Che) Tate Casto), his daughter, Tammy Casto Yelton Lombardi and husband Terry, sister-in-law, Muesetta Holbert of Ohio and his friends. Ray was born July 1, 1944 in Belgrove West Virginia, the son of Harm and Alice Casto. He was proceeded in death by his brother Clinton Casto; his daughter Tina Antonetta Casto (Tammy’s identical twin) and son-in-law Todd A. Yelton. He was the owner of Casto Painting and Decorating for 34 years and a member of BNI for eight years. He served in the Army Reserve for 12 years and a member of Lamb’s Chapel. He was a loving husband, father, brother and friend, loved by all that knew him. Survivors include his wife, Launa Bernice Tate Casto (Che Che) of 48 years (May 13, 2015), Tammy Casto Yelton Lombardi (Terry). Sister’s Rosie Wolf, Betty Myers, Dolly Braden (Donald) and Timmy Casto of Ripley, West Virginia. He is also survived by his grandson’s Chris, Christian and Jason Lombardi and great-granddaughter, Kylee Lombardi. The family will receive friends on Friday May 8th from 5:00- 7:00 at McClure Funeral & Cremation Service in Mebane, 1308 South Third St. A service will conducted at 7:00PM following the visitation in the McClure Funeral Chapel with Rev.
