Raymond "Ray" Edward Wright

Raymond Edward “Ray” Wright, 60, of Graham suddenly went to be with his Lord and Savior and all his heavenly family on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at his residence. Ray was born in Macon, Georgia to Eddie and Alice Troxler Wright, both deceased. Ray worked for GKN.

Ray is survived by his: loving wife of 35 years, Lynn Wright. Son, Shane (Kay) Wright. Grandchildren, Ashley (Carlton) Wright, Dustin (Sherry) Wright, Zach (Samantha) Wright. Great Grandchildren, Kailyn, Carson, Jake and Andy Wrenn, Hunter Wright, Anniston and Dawson Wright. Brothers, Howard (Rebecca) Wright and Roger (Chris) Wright. Sisters, Pam (Bob) Carson and Linda (Marshall) Hutchins. Brother in law, Michael (Lori) Barbee. Ray is also survived by three nieces and three nephews and three very good friends since high school, David Craven, Steve Phillippie, and Mike Dickey.

Ray Loved his heavenly hound Abbey and his earthy hound Emma. Ray loved his grandchildren very much and everyone knew he loved his Tar Heels and playing golf.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
