Rebecca Coleman Forbis

Rebecca Forbis, 91, passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at Brookdale Assisted Living in Pinehurst.  She was the daughter of the late Ira and Mary Ruth Coleman.  Those left to cherish her memory, are her son, Billy Forbis and his wife Theresa; grandchildren, Luke Forbis and his wife Court, Matt Forbis; great grandchildren, Rilan and Roby, and her sister in-law, Betty Coleman.  Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William David Forbis Sr.; brother, IJ Coleman and a sister Maxine Hinton.  A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 in the McClure Funeral Chapel in Graham.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday at the funeral home from 12pm-1pm.  Interment will follow in Alamance Memorial Park.
