Richard Shane Davis

Shane Davis, 40, of Wilmington passed away on December 5, 2017. He worked remodeling homes in the historic part of Wilmington. He was very mechanically inclined and enjoyed working on things and helping people. Shane loved his family and friends, especially his children. He could turn anytime into a good time. Survivors include his mother and step-father Richard and Sherry James, children; Alexis, Paige, Elizabeth, Michael and Gavin Davis, Brother; Chad Clapp and wife Deana, sister; Angel Cummings and husband Chris, nephews; Colton Clapp and Mason Cummings, niece; Marissa Millikan and a grandmother Shirley Walker Davis. He was preceded in death by his father Floyd Davis Jr. The family will receive friends from 12-1 on Friday December 8, 2017 at McClure Funeral and Cremation Service in Graham. A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday at Alamance Memorial Park in Burlington.
