Richard Boone Lambert, Jr.

Richard Boone Lambert, Jr., 81 of Mebane passed away Wednesday November 21 at his residence. He was a native of Stanley County and Retired from Cone Mills in Haw River. He is the son of the late Richard Boone Lambert, Sr. and the Late Ruby Bowers Lambert. He was also preceded in death by brothers Gene and Wayne Lambert

He is survived by his wife, Betty Price Lambert; daughter, Barbara Lambert Hester; step sons, Samuel Crissman Allen, Jr. and wife Alissa, Timothy Wade Allen; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

A service to celebrate his life will be held 3:00 PM Tuesday at McClure Funeral Home in Mebane by Pastor Darrell Moser. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
