Robert Delozier

Mr. Robert Jay “Bob” Delozier, 73, of Mebane, NC passed away on Thursday December 8, 2016 at his residence. A native of Glasgow, PA, he was the son of the late Everette J. and Lulu Mulholland Delozier. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. He was a member of Hickory Gospel Hall and was known to be an enthusiast about sharing the gospel. He was an avid fisherman and always enjoyed his trips to Florida when the winter came. Survivors include his wife, Alice Holloway Delozier, his 7 loving children, 18 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. he leaves behind a brother and 4 sisters. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by 3 brothers. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday December 10, 2016 at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Mebane with Mr. Stan Moore officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Maryland. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice of Alamance/Caswell at 918 Chapel Hill Rd. Burlington, NC 27215.
