Robert Devern Dunn

GRAHAM - Robert Devern Dunn, 61, of 306 Oakgrove Drive, died Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014. He was a native of Alamance County, retired from GE in Mebane and a U.S. Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Deward Devern and Ferne Webster Dunn. He is survived by his wife, Veronica McCaslin Dunn, of the home; daughters, Ivy Sanders of Gibsonville and Natasha Dunn of Snow Camp; stepson, Patrick Kelly of Graham; stepdaughter, Nicole Grzyb of Mebane; granddaughter, Alex Sledge of Gibsonville; step-grandchildren, Riley Grzyb of Mebane and Patrick Kelly Jr. of Graham; sister, Donna Bass of Haw River; nephew, John "Bud" Bass of U.A.E.; and great-niece, Reilley Bass of U.A.E. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham by the Rev. Bennie Smith. Burial with military honors will follow in Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday night from 6 to 8 and at other times at the residence.
