Rosalind Hood

Rosalind Corbett Hood, 100, passed away on May 24, 2017 at Glenaire Retirement Community in Cary. She was the daughter of the late Luther and Pearl Warren Corbett. She was a member of Mebane Presbyterian Church. Survivors include her daughter; Ellen Hood, sons; William Hood (Leonila), David Hood (Theresa), grandchildren; Sarah Hood, Jennifer Hood, Thomas Hood, Sylvia Hood and Megan Hood. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; David Henry Hood and a sister, Ceceile Corbett Flock. A private graveside service will be held on Saturday May 27, 2017. The family will receive friends at Mebane Presbyterian Church at 12:00pm on Saturday. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mebane Presbyterian Church 402 South 5th Street Mebane, NC 27302. Arrangements are entrusted with McClure Funeral and Cremation Service in Mebane.
