Mr. Roscoe Allen Bartley Jr., 77, of Graham, NC passed away on January 31st, 2022 at White Oak Manor in Burlington. Mr. Bartley was the son of Frances Henson Bartley and a native of Roanoke, Virginia. Mr. Bartley can be remembered as a good-hearted man full of character.
A public viewing will be held for Roscoe from 10AM-5PM Thursday and Friday at McClure Funeral Home in Graham.
A burial and committal service will be held at Pine Hill Cemetery on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 11AM.
