Royce Mcalister

Mr. Royce McAlister, 86, of Burlington died July3, 2017 at White Oak Manor. Mr. McAlister was born April 15, 1931, the son of Clayton and Pauline Deal McAlister. Mr. McAlister served in the US Navy, and was a retired truck driver. Survivors include his wife, Margaret King McAlister; daughters, Jackie Warnat (Mark) of Siler City, and Regina Miller (Joe B.) of Florida; 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; brother, Ronald "Bubba" McAlister (Vicki) of Oklahoma; and sister, Joy McAlister Brewer of Graham. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters. The funeral service for Mr. McAlister will be held at 11:00 am Friday in the chapel of McClure Funeral Home in Graham. Entombment will follow at Alamance Memorial Park. Friends may visit with the family an hour prior to the service, from 10 – 11 am, Friday, at the funeral home.
