Ruby Florence

Ruby Florence, 87, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday November 16, 2022 at her residence.  She was the daughter of the late William and Lillian Morris.  Survivors include her daughters, Amy Maness (Jerry), Betty Vaughn (Matthew); brother, Robert Morris (Ann); sisters, Peggy Eaton, Janet Maness; five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.  Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Melvin Florence; her son, Jack Randall Florence; three sisters and one brother.  The family will receive friends from 1-2 on Monday November 21, 2022 at McClure Funeral Service in Mebane.  A funeral service will follow at 2pm on Monday in the McClure Funeral Chapel in Mebane with Pastor Jim Florence officiating.  Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
