Salvatore G. Lopinto

Mr. Salvatore LoPinto, 69, of Haw River, NC, has gone home to be with The Lord on December 20, 2019.  He was preceded in death by a wife, Donna LoPinto; a step-daughter Amanda Gruendike (Greg); and brother and sister, Bernard and Elena.  Survivors include his step-mother, Fran Ferro; step-daughters, Debbie Sherman (Ron), Dawn Crawford (James) and six step-grandchildren; Jessica, Julie Rohn (Steve), Daniel, Jamie, Merton, and Carrie; as well as three children from a previous marriage. A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, January 4, 2020, at the McClure Funeral Chapel in Mebane.  The family will receive friends from 1-2 on Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Hawfields Cemetery.
