Sandra Elise Adams

Sandra Adams, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2025, at the age of 67. Born on January 28, 1957, to Sandy Coe and the late Lula "Lu" Russell, Sandra's life was a testament to the power of love, family, and the simple joys that make a life well-lived. She found her lifelong partner in Barry Adams, and together they built a foundation of love that extended to their daughters, April Blue, married to Eddie Mays, and Ashley Barker, married to Doug. Sandra's role as a mother was one she cherished deeply, guiding her daughters with a gentle hand and a heart full of unconditional love. Her love story with Barry began with a shared passion for the outdoors, culminating in a honeymoon in Fruitland, FL, where they reveled in the thrill of bass fishing. This love for nature was a constant in Sandra's life, as she found solace and happiness in fishing trips, visits to the beach, and the companionship of her beloved puppy dogs. Sandra's legacy continued to flourish through her grandchildren, Cheyenne Oliver, Aaron Oliver and her husband Robert Allred, and Nicole Davis. The arrival of her great-grandchildren, Harper Oliver, Aiden Allred, Elijah Nieves, Xavier Nieves, Alice Allred, Olivia Riley and Levi Riley added even more joy to her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them. She is survived by her husband, Barry Adams; father, Sandy Coe, and his wife Cookie; brother, Ricky Coe and wife Edie, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Harold and Lula "Lu" Russell, who welcomed her into the next chapter with open arms.A funeral service will be held at 11am on Tuesday January 14, 2025 in the McClure Funeral Chapel in Graham.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10am-11am prior to the service.  Burial will follow in Graham Memorial Park.
