Shirley Ann (Shoe) Petty

Shirley Ann Shoe Petty 84, of Graham went to be with her Heavenly Father on Friday, November 29, 2019 at her residence surrounded by family. Shirley was born in Alamance County to Harlan and Lillie Herring Shoe both deceased. She was a member of Cornerstone Community Church and was a retired textile worker.

She was a loving mother to her Children; Danny Wall (Barbara), Jerry Wall (Jane), Janice Wyrick (Dean), Annette Euliss, Cindy Wall, Denise Miles (Chris), and Michelle Whitfield and her 18 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by husband, John Carl Petty, 3 Brothers and 3 sisters.

A funeral service is planned for Sunday, December 1, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Cornerstone Community Church. Burial will follow in Moore’s Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM prior to the service at the church.
