Tammy Greeson Wilkinson

Mrs. Tammy Greeson Wilkinson, 49, of Liberty, NC passed away on Thursday August 25, 2016 at the Alamance Regional Medical Center. A native of Guilford County, NC she is the daughter of Larry Greeson who survives and the late Janet May Haynes. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was an avid camper, always enjoying trips to travel resorts especially to the Sycamore Lodge in Ellerbe, NC. She also enjoyed her trips to the beach and she was known for her creativeness and crocheting. Her joy and love were her grandchildren as they always put a smile on her face. Survivors include her husband, Stephen Wayne Wilkinson Jr., of the home; daughters, Taylor Hodges and fiancé Taylor McVey, of Liberty and Jodi Wilkinson, of the home; sons, Cody Wilkinson, of the home and Stephen W. Wilkinson III and wife Kelly, of Burlington; grandchildren, Hayden Pernell, Nolan Pernell, Johnathan Ferguson and Layla Ferguson; brother, Dwayne Greeson, of NC; grandmother, Jewel Beaver, of NC; step father, Junior Haynes, of VA and a niece, Courtney Greeson. in addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her grandparents, Elizabeth and John Henry Greeson; grandfather, Keith May; great grandmother, Dorothy Bullington and cousin, Candy Fowler. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday September 2, 2016 at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham and the family will receive friends following the service on Friday at the funeral home.
