Mrs. Tanya Haith Hall, 82, of Mebane, North Carolina, passed away on Friday, January 26, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Levi and Mary Haith. Mrs. Hall will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved cooking, gardening, being outside, reading, and spending time with her cats. She was very artistic which helped her become an incredible seamstress. When she wasn’t practicing her craft as a seamstress, she would enjoy drawing and painting. In her free time, Mrs. Hall enjoyed traveling to the mountains and the beach. She was also a proud member of the United Daughters of Confederacy and New Hope Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hall is preceded in death by her husband, Luther Hall; her son, Tony Hall; her granddaughter, Anna Lisa Lynn; and her brothers, Ernest Haith, George Haith, and David Haith.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Lewis; her son, Rocky Hall (Ruby); her sisters, Ida Haithcock, and Lillian Saunders; her brother, Walter Haith; two grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
A funeral service will be held at New Hope Baptist Church on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, beginning at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 29, 2024 at McClure Funeral Home in Mebane from 6:00-7:00pm.
