Teresa Pore Hinton

Mrs. Teresa Pore “Teri” Hinton, 48, of 2645 Ashewood Dr, Snow Camp, NC, passed away on Monday June 23, 2014 at her residence. She was a native of Alamance County and she is the daughter of Gilbert H. Jr. “Butch” and Betty Mize Pore, who survive. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. Her love and passion was being a Nana to her three grandchildren who always put a smile on her face. She was known for her kind heart, always looking after and putting others before herself to make sure others were taken care of. She had become an avid fisherman since her husband had taught her how to fish which they both loved doing together. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of 30 years, Tim L. Hinton, of the home; daughter, Ashley Hinton Allen and husband Brad; grandchildren, Jaden, Trinity, and Makaylee Allen; brothers, Jeff Pore and wife Karen, of Hawfields, and Ricky Pore and wife Lisa, of Burlington. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday June 27, 2014 at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham with the Rev. Jac Grimes and Rev. Liz Grimes officiating. Burial will follow in Graham Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM on Thursday June 26, 2014 at the McClure Funeral Home in Graham, and other times at the residence of the family.
