Terri DeAnn West, 61, of Snow Camp, NC, passed away on Sunday February 19, 2017 at the Hospice Home of Burlington. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday February 22, 2017 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church located at 3572 West Greensboro Chapel Hill Rd. Liberty, NC 27298. McClure Funeral and Cremation Service in Graham are assisting the family.
