Thomas Bradley

Mr. Thomas Howard “Buck” Bradley, 93, of Mebane, NC, passed away on Monday September 18, 2017 at the Hospice Home of Burlington. A native of Orange County, NC, he was the son of the late Thomas Hobart and Clara Bell Hensley Bradley. He was a member of the Mebane Presbyterian Church where he served as a Church Elder as well as being a Deacon of the Church. He also enjoyed being a part of the Men’s Sunday school class. He was the founder and owner of Bradley Grading and Septic Tank which operated for numerous years in the Mebane area. Survivors include his daughters, Nancy B. Womble and husband Glenn, of Mebane and Dare B. Nicholson and husband John, of Durham; sons, Clinton Bradley, of Mebane and Charles Bradley and wife Sherri, of Mebane; 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Louise Wilson Bradley; sister, Louise Nelson and brothers, Joe and Lee Bradley. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday September 22, 2017 at the Mebane Presbyterian Church with the Pastor Phil Kirkman officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Church on Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mebane Presbyterian Church at 402 S.
