Mr. Thomas Eugene “Tommy” Riggan, 68, of Graham passed away on Sunday March 27, 2016 at the Hospice and Palliative Care Center of Alamance/Caswell. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday March 30, 2016 at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham with burial to follow in Graham Memorial Park. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service on Wednesday at the McClure Funeral Home in Graham and other times at the residence of Virginia Davis at 6049 Holt Cross Rd.
