His presence was a constant source of joy and support to his family, especially to his devoted sister, Pam Allen Abner, and his many loving nieces and nephews who cherished their time with him. Though he was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Jeffrey Allen, Tim's memory will continue to be a beacon of light for his family. Professionally, Tim was known for his dedication and hard work. He was a man who put his heart into everything he did, and his commitment to his work was evident to all who knew him. Beyond his professional life, Tim was deeply involved in his community, always willing to lend a hand or offer support to those in need. Tim's interests were a reflection of his generous spirit and creative soul. His love for his nieces and great-nieces was boundless, and he poured his heart into every interaction with them.
