HAW RIVER - Treva Mae Pickard Brown, 89, of 1414 Terrywood Road, Lot 301, passed away at her home on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2014, at 4:15 a.m.She is survived by her daughter, Janice Brown and special friend Jeff Miller of the home; grandchild, Robin Justice of Burlington and great-grandchild, Michael Justice of Burlington.She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse A. Pickard and Gaynell Webster Pickard; and husband, Carlton Alex Brown.Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014, at McClure Funeral Home in Graham and at other times at the residence of Jean Varner, 200 E. Hanover Road, Graham.A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. after the visitation at Alamance Memorial Park with the Rev.
