(Trudy) Goldie Gertrude (Eisele) Piotrzkowski

Trudy Piotrzkowski, 91, died on February 17, 2024, after a brief illness at her daughter’s home in Mebane, NC. She was born on October 8, 1932, to Ruby and William Eisele in E. St. Louis, Ill where she grown up.

On May 10, 1952, she married Leonard Raymond Piotrzkowski, and they had 45 wonderful years together before Leonard died in 1997.

Trudy was very active in the communities where she lived to include being a Girl Scout Leader, Cub Scout Leader, and Manager of Glauber’s Meat Market while living in Illinois. While living in Indiana she also managed the Lemon Tree Clothing Shop and an Ace Hardware Store. Trudy also served as the President of the American Businesswoman’s Association in Indianapolis. Then with her husband Leonard, they managed the Olivewood and Meadowood Apartments in Indianapolis, IN.

Trudy loved painting, flower arrangements, scrap booking, bowling, loving her Brittanys, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her last few years Trudy lived in North Carolina with her oldest daughter and enjoyed the country life.

She is survived by her six children, Leonard R. Jr., Timothy J., Bobbie (Laurene) Sigmund and her fiance Mo Pollard, Rick A. (Richard) and his wife Anne, Terri (Therese) and her husband Forrest Bailey, and Brian J. and his wife Libby Piotrzkowski.
