Vera Vincent Tingen

GRAHAM, N.C. - Mrs. Vera Vincent Tingen, 86, went to her heavenly home Nov. 13, 2013. There she joined her mother and father, Annie and Turner Vincent Sr., and seven other siblings, including her twin.She attended Andrews Memorial Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Bassil J. Tingen, of the home; as well as three children, Lonnie (Kay) Tingen Sr. of Summerfield, N.C., Sue (Jack) Vaughn and Patty Helms, both of Graham, N.C.; her sister, Margie Foust, of Graham. She was a loving grandmother to her nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 Friday evening at McClure Funeral Home in Graham and at other times at the home of Sue Vaughn, 122 Herronwood Drive, Graham.The funeral will be conducted in the Chapel at McClure on Saturday, Nov. 16, at 11 a.m. by Dr. Tommy Willis.
