MEBANE - Mr. Walter Daniel Ellis, 90, of U.S. 70, died Friday January 24, 2014 at the Hospice Home of Burlington. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday January 27, 2014 at the Oakwood Cemetery in Mebane with the Rev. Darryl Peebles officiating. McClure Funeral Home in Mebane is assisting the family.
