Wayne Kester Carter

Wayne Carter, 80, passed away on August 4, 2023 at ARMC.  He was the son of the late George and Eunice Carter.  He is survived by his wife of the home, Pam Carter; daughter, Rea Carter; numerous nieces and nephews.  Other than his parents he was preceded in death by his son, Josh Carter and his brother Bobby Carter.  A gathering of friends and family will be held at a later date.
