HAW RIVER, N.C. - Mr. Wayne Shambley, 66, passed away Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013, at Hospice Home and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell.He was a member of Swepsonville United Methodist Church.He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Betsy Webster Shambley. He was preceded in death by his parents Archie and Imogene Shambley. The family will receive friends Sunday, Nov. 10, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. at McClure Funeral Service in Mebane, 1308 South Third St. Mebane, N.C. A service will be conducted Monday, Nov. 11, at 11 a.m. at Swepsonville United Methodist Church, 1306 East Main St, Swepsonville, N.C. by the Rev. Jerry Martin. Burial will follow at Hawfields Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
