Wesley Lee Howell

Wesley Lee Howell 94, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 21, 2025 at The Oakes of Alamance. Wesley was born in Meadows of Dan, Patrick Co., Virginia on February 19, 1931. He was the son of David Wesley and Lucy Bowman Howell both deceased. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Kathryn Wimbish and wife, Doreatha Howell, and a son, Rickey L. Howell.

In addition to his parents, wives, and son he was preceded in death by his sisters, Delsie Huffman, Elvie Stanley, Opal Scott, Carrie Johnson, and Lula Mae Hilton and Brothers, Luther Howell, Harmon Howell, Walter Howell, Jim Howell, Joseph Howell, Clarence Howell, Odell Howell, and Albert Handy.

Survivors include his son, Bobby L. Howell (Teresa) of Gibsonville, NC, his daughter, Becky H. Webster (Aaron) of Gibsonville, NC. Brothers, Homer Howell (Pat) from Pine Bluff, NC, Wayne Howell from Burlington, NC, and Glen Howell from Meadows of Dan, Va.

Grandchildren, Crystal H. Lairson (Steven), John Howell (Tobie), Angie Webster, Joseph Webster, Heather Howell and Carson Howell. Great Grandchildren, Jacob Howell, Madison Webster, Ashton Webster and Gabrielle Lorenz. Great Great Grandson,  Aiden Aparicio.

A celebration of life will be held at World of Pentecost (1935 Hanford Rd., Burlington, NC 27216 on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Officiating will be Pastor Kenny Godair.
