Bill Scott, 73, of Mebane passed away at his home on May 8, 2019. He was the son of the late Eugene and Mary Scott. He was an avid Tarheel fan and enjoyed spending his time working outside and watching his grandchildren play sports.

Survivors include his wife Joyce Scott, daughters; Lisa Scott and Sandi Dietrich (Ralf), grandchildren; Lindley and Ayden Dietrich. Brother; Tommy Scott, sisters; Frances Poe and Patricia Cooper (Jerry).

A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Monday May, 13, 2019 at Efland United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 1-2 on Monday prior to the service at the church.
