William Eugene "Gene" Webster

William Eugene “Gene” Webster, 86 of Snow Camp passed away on Monday, June 22, 2020 at his residence. He was a native of Alamance County, retired from Burlington Industries as a diesel mechanic, was of the Baptist Faith and served in the Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict. He is the son of the late William Wayne and Ethel Marley Webster. He was also preceded in death by 2 sisters and 3 brothers.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years,  Mary Coble Webster; sons Garry Webster and wife Lisa, Kenneth Webster and wife Tamra; Granddaughters, Kelly Webster and Halle W. Schwabrow and husband Josh; great grandchildren, Levi Joshua Schwabrow and Caden Eugene Schwabrow

A graveside service to celebrate his life will be 2:00 Thursday at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery by Pastor Steve Loy and the Randolph County Honor Guard. Mr. Webster will be available for Public viewing at McClure Funeral Home in Graham on Wednesday from 12:00 – 5:00 PM. Other times the family will be at the residence.
