William Ronald Horner

GRAHAM, N.C. - William Ronal Horner, 75, of 6216 Thom Road, passed away at his residence Wednesday, May 14, 2014. William was born in Alamance County. He was retired owner and operator of his own tractor trailer. William was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. He served his country in the U.S. Navy and was a member of American Legion Post 63. Surviving are his children, David Horner (Wendy) of Norfolk, Va., Kathy Aumann (Eric) of Edgewater, Md. and Chris Horner (Suzanne) of Annapolis, Md.; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and siblings, Amelia Karcher, Roger Dale Horner, Darryl Horner, Georgia Ashley, Carolyn Jones and Elizabeth Horner. He was predeceased by his parents, Coy Robert Morrow and Elizabeth Porter Morrow; and brother, Coy Horner. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 17, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church in Graham. Officiating will be the Rev. Tommy Bright. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Presbyterian Church cemetery. The family will receive friends at McClure Funeral Home in Graham from 6 until 8 Friday evening.
