William Harrison O'Neal, Sr.

William Harrison O’Neal, Sr. 85, of Graham passed away Saturday, November 8, 2025 at his residence. William was born in Waynesville, NC to Benjamin Harrison O’Neal and Mattie James O’Neal bot deceased. He was a retired service manager at GE and he served his country in the US Army.

He is survived by his Life Partner Phyliss Conner who he shared a wonderful life with. His sons, Ron O’Neal and William H. O’Neal, Jr. Sisters, Patricia Hulon and Barbara Ann Fields. Brother, James Wesley O’Neal. Nephew, Allie Paul Geber. Several grandchildren. In addition to his parents William was also preceded i9n death by his wife of 41 years, Nancy Jean Hart O’Neal.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham. Burial will follow at a later date in Holy Cross Cemetery in Charleston, SC.
