William Harrison O'Neal, Sr.

William Harrison O’Neal, Sr. 85, of Graham passed away Saturday, November 8, 2025 at his residence. William was born in Waynesville, NC to Benjamin Theodore O’Neal and Mattie Lou James O’Neal both deceased. He was a retired service manager at GE and he served his country in the US Army.

He is survived by his Life Partner Phyllis Conner whom he shared a wonderful life with, his sons William O’Neal, Jr (Betsy) and Ronald O’Neal, his siblings Barbara Ann Fields, James W. O’Neal, and Patricia Hulon (Danny). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren Shea O’Neal, Hunter O’Neal and Caitlin Browning, one great grandchild Aiden Sauer, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents William was also preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Nancy Jean Hart O’Neal and a sister, Shelby Jean Hewett.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham. Burial will follow at a later date in Holy Cross Cemetery in Charleston, SC.
