Bennie Rowland

Mr. Bennie Rowland, 85, passed away on Saturday November 19, 2022, at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.  He often enjoyed watching races and sipping coffee with friends and family.  Preceded in death by parents, William and Berta Rowland, and his brother, Billy Rowland.   Survivors include his children, Allen Rowland, wife Emma, and Ricky Rowland.  He will be missed by granddaughters, Alana Rowland and McKenzie Rowland whom have fond memories fishing and spending time with him.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday November 23, 2022, from 5-7 at McClure Funeral Service in Mebane.  The funeral will be held at 2pm on Friday  November 25, 2022, in the McClure Funeral Chapel in Mebane.  Burial will follow in Hawfields Cemetery.
