Christalynn Hardy Obituary

Mrs. Christalynn Darlene Emory Hardy 62, of Graham, NC passed away on September 15, 2021 at the Alamance Regional Medical Center in Burlington. A native of Virginia, she was the daughter of the late John M. Emory and Juanita Grammer Emory. She was an avid BINGO and cards player. She was known to her family and friends as being an Amazing Woman. Survivors include her husband, John Hardy Jr.; her children, Kristy Wagner and John Hardy III and wife Kristy Beale Hardy, who was more like a daughter to Darlene, and Michael Emory; her many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren; a sister, Linda Faye Hurysz; her brothers, Douglas and John Emory; and many loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Clayton John Horner and Jorden Chaynce Emory. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday September 23, 2021 at the McClure Funeral Home in Graham with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service.
