Fernando Rodriguez

Fernando Rodriguez alcantar, hijo de Maria Del Carmen Alcantar Monrroy y Fernando Rodriguez Beltran. El 3 de abril de 2020 perdimos a un hijo ejemplar y un ejemplo a seguir como hermano, un esposo cariñoso y afectuoso de Benigna Cruz, una figura paterna para Yaritzel Cruz, Sarai Trujillo Cruz, Alejandro Trujillo Cruz, y lo que lo hizo más feliz, un abuelo amoroso. Nació y creció en Iguala, Guerrero, pero pasó la mayor parte de su vida en Burlington, Carolina del Norte. Fernando era la luz de la habitación lleno de vida y las risas nunca eran un momento aburrido o triste. Admiramos su cuidado por los demás y su sentido del humor, el fútbol era su actividad favorita, era una persona muy amigable que  hacía conversación con cualquier persona, también le tenia una passion a los animales. Su corazón estaba lleno de amor, sin importar dónde se encontraba la vida, Fernando siempre hacía reír a los demás y ponía a los demás antes que él. Era un ser tan acomedido, como también generoso. Fernando era conocido como esa persona divertida que encontraba lo bueno en cada situación, un hombre muy humilde al que todos conocían. Ser abuelo le trajo mucha alegría, se preocupaba mucho por ellos. Era una figura paterna para cada uno de ellos y siempre se esforzaba por complacer a todos. Otro de los pasatiempos de Fernando era trabajar en la casa y arreglar todo lo que se necesitaba, le encantaba trabajar en el jardín, así como apoyar a su esposa, Beny, para plantar cualquier tipo de plantas o vegetales porque les encantaba cocinar juntos o conversar entre ellos, en la sala mientras miraban recetas de cocina. Fernando era un hombre sano, cada vez que lo veías estaría sonriendo, riendo, bromeando, preguntando qué comeremos hoy o durmiendo. Tenía una buena alma, un buen sentido del humor y un corazón compasivo y afectuoso. Nada será igual sin él, las reuniones familiares no serán tan divertidas sin él y no escucharemos su linda risa o sus poemas arrítmicos cursi, no tendremos más de su sarcasmo, ya no será mas el alma de la fiesta, ni un mejor amigo para todos, pero seguramente estará con nosotros siempre, siempre en nuestros corazones y nunca será olvidado. Vuela alto Chito, todos te amamos. Ahora sabemos que estás en un lugar mejor, Dios siempre tiene un plan, las cosas suceden por una razón y no hay más remedio que seguir con la vida tal como nos dirías a todos. Descansa en paz Fernando.

April 4,2020 we lost a loving and caring husband to Benigna Cruz , father figure to Yaritzel Cruz , Sarai Trujillo Cruz, Alejandro Trujillo Cruz, and what made him the happiest, a loving grandfather. He was born and raised in Iguala, Guerrero but spend most of his lifetime in Burlington NC. Fernando was the light of the room full of life and laughters never a dull or sad moment. We admired his care for others and sense of humor , soccer was his favorite thing to watch. His heart was full of love, no matter where life stood Fernando would always make others laugh and put everyone else before him. Fernando was known as that funny person who will find the good in every situation, a very humble man to whom everyone knew. Being a grandfather brought much joy to him, he cared so much for them. He was a father figure to each of them and always went out of his way to please all. Another one of Fernando’s hobby’s was to work around the house and fix anything that was needed to, he loved doing yard work as well like supporting his wife, Beny with planting any type of plants or vegetables because they loved cooking together or having conversations with eachother in the living room while watching cooking recipe’s. Fernando was a healthy man, anytime you’d see him he would be smiling, laughing, cracking a joke, asking what we’ll eat today, or sleeping.  He had a good soul, a good sense of humor, and a sharing, caring heart. Nothing will be the same without him, family functions won’t be as fun without him  and we won’t hear his cute chuckle he would do or his cheesy arrhythmic poems, we won’t have anymore of his sarcasm, he won’t be the life of the party anymore, nor a bestfriend to us all but he will for sure be with us always, always in our hearts and will never be forgotten. Fly high Chito, we all love you. We know now you’re in a better place, God always has a plan, things happen for a reason and there’s no choice but to keep on with life just like you would tell us all to do. Rest in heaven Fernando.
