Gabe Laws Miller

Mr. Gabe Laws Miller, 76 of Mebane, NC passed away on Monday February 1, 2021 at his residence. A native of Orange County, NC he was the son of the late Jesse and Myrtle Roberts Miller. Gabe was a member of Central Baptist Church in Mebane as he loved the Lord and his Church family. Gabe also served numerous years on the Efland Volunteer Fire Department alongside his brother, Robert. Gabe was a proud veteran of the US National Guard serving God and Country. Survivors include his loving sister, Faye Metcalf, his brother, Robert Miller and many loving nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Donie Miller, his sisters, Joyce Whittington and Mary Anna Lassister; maternal grandparents, Robert and Mary Roberts and John and Anna Miller. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday February 4, 2021 at Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery with Military Rites. Pastor Mike Faust will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 1:30 PM on Thursday prior to the graveside service at McClure Funeral Service in Mebane. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Central Baptist Church at 1922 Buckhorn Rd. Mebane, NC 27302.
