Jeffrey Keith Brooks

Jeffrey Keith Brooks gained his Angel wings on March 25th 2025. He was born June 28, 1961 to the late Donna Lou Clark Brooks and Ronald Keith Brooks. He was a native to Orange County. He was a retired machine operator for CKS Melville Plastics. In his early years he also drove 18 wheelers for Atlas Van Lines. Jeff was an avid nascar and basketball fan who loved Richard Petty and UNC Tar Heels. In his childhood years he played peewee football where he met his life long best friend of 58 years Robert(Bob) Morris. Those two were inseparable and loved to wheel together in Uwharrie. Jeff is survived by his loving wife of 34 years Sharon Brooks whom he met while working together at CKS. He is also survived by his daughter Crystal and her husband Tyler. His brothers Clark, and Kevin (Paula), and sister Dianna. He was Papaw to 4 amazing grandchildren whom he loved dearly Angel, Dylan (Tana), Tyson, and Paisley. He also had 5 great grandchildren that were the light of his life Andrew, Damien, Evie, David, and Penelope. He had many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is proceeded in his death by his grandparents, parents, and son Kenny Brown.

A service to celebrate his life will be 2:00 PM Friday at the McClure Funeral Home in Mebane conducted by Pastor Boyd Pickard. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 – 2:00 before the service.
