Jerry Lee Jeffries

Mr. Jerry Lee Jeffries 62, of Burlington, NC passed away on September 2, 2021 at the Brian Center in Yanceyville. A native of Alamance Co. NC he was the son of the late Jesse Neal Jeffries Jr. and Sarah Harrison Jeffries. Jerry worked alongside his father for many years in the Tree Service with Buddy Jeffries Stump Grinding. Jerry enjoyed and took pride in his yard always wanting it to look its best. Jerry was an avid sports and racing fan, always going to races when he got a chance. He attended Deep Creek Baptist Church over the years. Surviving is his sister, Sarah Debra Jeffries Lowery (Gary Thompson); sister in law, Dawn Jeffries; his niece, Nichole Neal (Larry); a nephew, Scottie Jeffries (Sherry) and many loving great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Neal “Tony” Jeffries and his grandparents, Mary Carol Jeffries and Jesse Neal Jeffries Sr.  A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday September 7, 2021 at Deep Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Tommy Fargis officiating. Mr. Jeffries will be open to the public for viewing on Monday September 6, 2021 from 11 until 5 PM at the McClure Funeral Service in Graham.
