John Glosek Jr.

John J. Glosek, Jr. (Johnny) gently passed away on September 7, 2023 at The Hospice Home in Burlington, NC. He will be laid to rest in a private family graveside service.
John was born in Elizabeth, NJ on April 8, 1961 to John Glosek, Sr. and the late Peggy Glosek. He moved with his family to Irmo, SC in 1976 and later graduated from Irmo High School. In 1981, he joined his family as they moved to Burlington, NC. John took pride in doing a good job at every place he worked. He was a lifelong history buff with a love for military memorabilia.
Johnny will be missed by his family: his father, John Glosek, Sr. and sisters Carolyn Glosek and Susan Glosek Guza.
The family wishes to extend thanks for all the support, thoughts and prayers that have been offered during this difficult time. Special thanks to the Authoracare Collective hospice staff who were incredibly kind, gentle and professional throughout John’s last illness. The family is also grateful to John’s friends for your visits during his last days.
