Mr. Larry Wayne Holland, 75 of Graham, NC passed away on Friday January 8, 2021 at his residence. A native of Alamance County, NC. He was the son of the late John T. Holland and Nora Whisenant Phillips. Larry was a proud Veteran of the US Air Force serving God and his country. He was a man who always put others' needs above his own. Larry was an avid supporter of the Graham High School Boosters, Southern Alamance High School Boosters and Cummings High School Boosters, whatever school his children or grandchildren attended he was always there lending a hand. Larry was retired and had worked many years as a salesman in the HVAC industry. Over the years Larry enjoyed his family trips to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, the Bahamas, but the Myrtle Beach trips were always his favorite as he loved to dance to beach music with his beautiful wife. He was a diehard Tar Heel fan as nothing was more important than the game except for maybe a John Wayne western. Larry loved to take his grandchildren fishin’ any chance he could but was known by many to be “Paw Paw”.
