Lola Myers Obituary

Lola Myers, 86, went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday June 23, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Marlatt. Lola loved her family, friends and especially her dogs. She enjoyed cooking and always had a smile on her face. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Mebane, she loved her church and her church family.

Survivors include her daughter, Jackie Wood; sons, Steve W. Leistritz, William Arnold Myers (Patricia), Brian Myers (Bonnie) and Vernon Myers; 16 grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Kachmaster.

Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl William Myers Sr.; sons, Ken and Carl Jr.; and her brother, Lloyd Marlette.

The family will receive friends on Saturday June 27, 2020 from 9:30am-10:45am at Lighthouse Baptist Church. A graveside service will be held at 11am at Lighthouse Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lighthouse Baptist Church 6601 Bowman Rd, Mebane, NC 27302.
